The two complaints we hear from customers who've worked with other merchant processors before coming to Priority Business Solutions are a lack of personalized service and pricing. The typical scenario we're presented with typically go like this:
Contract
"Hi, Pat BusinessOwner. I'm Bob BigBankRep, and I promise Fifth Bank of Fargo has better pricing on credit card processing than anyone else in the universe. You should sign this form."
Mailbox
"Thanks, Bob. You seem trustworthy enough. Okay, I'll sign your form." Pat fills out an application (which is actually a contract). A week later, a box arrives in the mail. It's a new credit card terminal from Fifth Bank of Fargo and it says, "Once you get this box, call this phone number."

Pat calls the bank's 800 number, presses 1 for English and says, "Hi, I just got a box with my new terminal in it. What do I do now?" The person on the other end of the line, having no idea who Pat is, proceeds to walk Pat through the setup process.

The rep walks through plugging in the credit card machine, the download process (because sometimes it's not even programmed yet), and the training piece is all done over the phone. There is ZERO personal connection or instruction. No personal anything.

Now let's address the PRICING issue.

First and foremost, I want you to know that I'm not looking to make a killing on your company. I have very little overhead and debt. So as long as my company isn't losing money, I'm good! You're not going to get nickel-and-dimed to death with Priority Business Solutions.

Secondly, I'd like to address fees. So much of the time, when I talk to our merchants, they're like, "Woohoo! I just processed $50,000! But then you go and take 2 grand out of my bank account." And I'm like, "Yeah, I know it sucks. It really sucks! And I know that this is a necessary evil. But my goal is to make it as less evil as possible."

Some fees are going to be charged no matter what payment processor you choose. I can't do anything about those.
